Oh whoops I misunderstood. I think they did that purposefully, because as Saraapril said they put the help stuff under the homepage.
How to get that ghost costume?
It is not available at this time.
Now the Bug with the Help Tab is fixed for me! :) But I still think there should be a Help Tab on the CP Navigation.
