The Penguin Band consist of four members – Franky, Stompin Bob, G Billy, and Petey K. There is a stamp for meeting each of them. You can also get a free background with all the band members in it. They visit every Music Jam.

Tips on finding Penguin Band on your own
The Penguin Band usually visits crowded and popular servers such as Abominable, Alpine, and Sleet. However, they can and will sometimes visit less populated servers – however when they do, word spreads quickly and the rooms fill up with penguins trying to get his background. The four Penguin Band members are not always together.
